With an MD and PhD and more than a decade of leadership experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical development, she brings a rare combination of scientific depth, clinical judgment, and practical development expertise. Her work has included building and leading cross-functional oncology teams, designing early- and late-stage clinical development strategies, translating mechanistic biology into human evidence, and guiding programs through key portfolio, regulatory, and investment decisions.
